Rodges Redmond III is an Agent Advisor at Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW). After completing a mentorship with Dr. Lashbrook, Joel Corry, and the SMWW team, Mr. Redmond transitioned into his role as an Agent Advisor. In this position, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of agent regulations, player associations, endorsements, sponsorships, ethics, collective bargaining agreements, draft preparation, marketing, and recruiting.

Mr. Redmond's strengths lie in his creativity, drive, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and strong leadership skills. He excels in fast-paced environments, thrives under pressure, and consistently meets tight deadlines. Known for his excellent communication skills, he brings a deep knowledge of both basketball and football to his role, along with valuable experience in coaching AAU and grade school basketball. Passionate about mentoring, Mr. Redmond takes pride in positively impacting the lives of young athletes and fostering meaningful relationships with his clients and their families.

His mission is to guide athletes not only toward their dreams of playing professional sports but also to ensure they are well-prepared for life after sports. He is dedicated to building long-term partnerships that foster both personal and professional growth for his clients. Additionally, he is in the process of preparing to sit for the CPA exam in pursuit of his CPA license.
