As the Director of Agent Advisors at Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW), Adam Klimek has successfully been mentored by Dr. Lynn Lashbrook and met all the requirements to become a skilled Agent Advisor. Adam is highly experienced in agent regulations, player association legalities, contract negotiations, endorsements, sponsorships, ethics, collective bargaining agreements, draft preparation, marketing, and recruiting.

Adam is committed to preparing athletes for success both on and off the field, taking a fully integrated approach that focuses on wealth management, personal life, career, and post-career challenges. He serves as a primary contact for everything from financial advisory services to addressing lifestyle needs, ensuring athletes can concentrate on their careers while Adam works closely with the SMWW team to support them off the field.

Adam holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. He has extensive experience in the sports industry and now works directly with NFL agent Dr. Lynn Lashbrook to recruit NFL prospects. Additionally, he collaborates with NBA agents Jeff Brodie and Brett Kanis to recruit both NBA and European basketball players.

With a strong commitment to integrity, Adam maintains high moral, cultural, and ethical standards in all his dealings. He offers expertise in contract negotiations, financial and investment services, income opportunities through appearances, and product endorsements. Adam also has ten years of experience coaching football with the Green Bay Eastside Bulldogs.
