Jimmie Robinson has been committed to advancing the careers of aspiring professional football athletes since founding Underdog Sports, Inc. in 2015. As an Agent Advisor with both the National Football League (NFL) and Canadian Football League (CFL), Jimmie brings extensive expertise in player association responsibilities, contract negotiations, endorsements, sponsorships, collective bargaining agreements, draft preparation, and strategic marketing and recruiting on behalf of the athletes he represents.

Underdog Sports, Inc. was inspired and shaped under the mentorship of Dr. Lynn Lashbrook, founder of Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW). This mentorship laid the foundation built on a shared mission to support athletes with a true underdog mentality. The agency and marketing relationship operates with a family-first mindset, offering personalized representation that emphasizes not only athletic performance but also personal and professional development.

Jimmie strongly believes that “the quality of your life is determined by the quality of your relationships”—a philosophy that drives his approach to athlete representation and underscores his commitment to building meaningful, lasting connections with his clients and their families.

He holds degrees from Bowie State University, Regent University School of Law, and most recently earned a Master's in Business and Sports Management from Georgetown University. His experience also includes an internship with the Washington Football Team (formerly the Washington Redskins).
