Joaquin Pedroso is a certified baseball agent adviser and scout, born in Havana, Cuba. With a deep passion for helping athletes reach their full potential, Joaquin is dedicated to guiding baseball players toward success both on and off the field. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge, supported by a strong educational background in physical education, sports management, sports law, personal training, and rehabilitation. This unique foundation enables him to offer invaluable insight to players navigating the competitive baseball landscape.
Having competed at a high level in Cuba and for the Swedish National Baseball Team, Joaquin understands firsthand the challenges and opportunities that athletes face. His years of coaching experience in both Cuba and Europe, combined with specialized training in Baseball GM & Scouting under MLB experts Hank Jones and Dan Evans, provide him with the skills to evaluate talent, analyze performance, and mentor players toward achieving their goals.
