Justin Allen joins Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW) as an Agent Advisor under the mentorship of NFL agent Dr. Lynn Lashbrook and NBA agent Joel Corry. He successfully completed all requirements of the SMWW Athlete Management course, graduating in June 2020.

A 2008 graduate of Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, Justin earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. On the field, he was a four-year standout for Cheyney’s football team and ranked among the top NCAA Division II linebackers in the nation. He was named All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) for two consecutive years—earning second-team honors as a junior and first-team honors as a senior. Off the field, Justin excelled academically as an honor roll student and served as Vice President of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. His passion for inspiring young people also led him to become a recognized motivational speaker for local high school students.

After an impressive collegiate career, Justin had the opportunity to work out for several NFL teams. While his professional playing path took a different turn, it propelled him toward business ownership. From 2008 to 2009, he returned to Cheyney as an assistant coach and head strength and conditioning coach, later serving as an assistant and linebackers coach at his alma mater, Westlake High School in Waldorf, Maryland.

For more than a decade, Justin has thrived as a successful entrepreneur, owning multiple companies in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. In December 2019, he launched “DA Method Apparel,” his own athletic clothing line. Now, he is combining his love for sports and business to pursue his career as a sports agent. His years as an athlete, coach, and business owner have enabled him to develop strong industry relationships and a powerful network to serve his clients’ professional and personal goals.

Justin brings creativity, dedication, a strong work ethic, and an in-depth knowledge of the sports industry—including agent regulations, player association legalities, contract negotiation, endorsements, sponsorships, ethics, collective bargaining agreements, draft preparation, marketing, and recruiting. Above all, he prides himself on his ability to relate to his clients, often finding parts of his own journey reflected in theirs. This connection motivates him to ensure his clients succeed both on and off the field.

As a devoted family man, Justin values building lasting relationships with his clients and their families. His mission is to help athletes achieve their dreams of playing professional sports while also preparing them for sustainable success after their athletic careers. Just as he has done in business, Justin is committed to early mornings, late nights, and relentless effort—always working until the deal is done, and then going even further for his clients.
