With more than 40 years of experience in Sports Management, Dr. Lashbrook has a proven track record of helping students and athletes achieve their career goals. His energetic and motivating approach captivates audiences, making him a sought-after mentor in the sports industry.

In addition to leading SMWW, Dr. Lashbrook is the President of Sports Management Worldwide School, the first online sports management institution. SMWW trains thousands of students annually, offering cutting-edge courses that prepare them for careers as athletes, agents, and industry leaders. Under his leadership, SMWW serves a global student body from over 163 countries.

Dr. Lashbrook’s extensive background includes roles as a coach, scout, recruiter, athletic academic advisor, compliance officer, and athletic director at various universities. Notably, he improved graduation rates, increased ticket sales, and initiated a successful Student Recreation Center during his tenure as Athletic Director at the University of Missouri, Southern Illinois University, and the University of Alaska-Fairbanks. He was instrumental in establishing the first NCAA athletic exchange with Russia.

As a recognized speaker, Dr. Lashbrook has shared his insights on five continents and has hosted career conferences at major sporting events. He also teaches as an adjunct professor at several universities, where he has been honored as Professor of the Year.

His book, Fan Etiquette, provides valuable strategies for managing fan behavior in sports programs and is widely used in academic settings. Dr. Lashbrook's contributions have earned him several accolades, including the Meritorious Service Award for Outstanding Leadership at the University of Alaska.
