A graduate of Western Washington and Washington State Universities, Dr. Mosby has met all the requirements to become an SMWW Agent Advisor, benefiting from the many years of mentorship from industry leader Dr. Lynn Lashbrook.

His long history in sports as a player, coach, mentor and Agent Advisor has prepared him to provide insightful, direct and competent guidance to athletes on how to successfully navigate their future in the world of sports. His preparation and training, encompasses awareness of agent regulations, player association legalities, contract negotiation, endorsements, sponsorships, ethics, collective bargaining agreements, draft preparation, marketing, and recruiting helps him fully embrace and support his client needs.
