Dr. Tracey Neal is an Air Force veteran hailing from a family with a strong athletic tradition. Her twelve years of military service reflect her commitment to discipline and determination to succeed. With over 30 years of experience in the sports industry, Dr. Neal has worked in various capacities, including as a basketball official and volunteer assistant coach.

Currently, Dr. Neal works in corporate security, specializing in contract negotiations. Her lifelong passion for sports at all levels inspired her to pursue a career as a Sports Agent. To enhance her expertise in the field, she recently completed the SMWW Basketball Agent Course and is now working as an Agent Advisor while continuing to refine her skills toward becoming a licensed Sports Agent.
