After reviewing Pierce’s athletic profile and performance, Adam recognized the potential he possessed and the opportunity to help him take the next steps in his career.

Working closely together, Adam and Pierce have developed a comprehensive plan designed to put Pierce in the best position for success. This includes a tailored approach to training and preparation, ensuring Pierce is ready for pro days and the conversations leading up to the NFL Draft. Adam’s experience and resources are key to positioning Pierce for the best opportunities as he takes the next steps in his football career.

In addition to representing athletes, Adam mentors new Agent Advisors, sharing his expertise on how to identify talent, build meaningful connections, and create strategies that position players for success in the industry through the Agent Advisor program.
