David Wood is an explosive shooting guard with a knack for making the big play. He is a dominant scorer and defender with dynamic shooting range from virtually anywhere on the court. He is very versatile, and quick enough to guard smaller guards, but also strong enough to guard bigger forwards. In his senior year at Palm Beach Atlantic University in Palm Beach, Florida, David Wood was the teama€?s Captain who was honored with the Most Valuable Player Award, the Sailfish Award, and selected for the NCCAA All-Region Team, the NCCAA All-American Team, and the second team of the Independent College Athletic Association (ICAA). In 2012, a year and a half after finishing his last season in college, David became the Assistant Coach for the Palm Beach Atlantic University Sailfish Basketball Team.
