He is an all around complete player who can play both guard spots, and has exceptional shooting range from deep and a very quick release. He can take his man off the dribble anytime and forces the double team. Also has fantastic court awareness and has the ability to hit the open man. Francis is a team player and is a relentless hard worker that plays tenacious defense. Jeremy is a student of the game with excellent determination and dedication and is always continuing to improve his game by spending countless hours in the gym.
Jeremy is very capable of running an offense. His prior coaches referred to him as a "quarterback on the court" with his fluidness running offensive sets. He's a very coachable player and can be a strong floor-general. His personality is far from a star player. He's a humble player that just loves the game and he does whatever it takes to get his teamamates involved.
